Starting December 2025, EMS is eliminating that bottleneck entirely. We're installing the first 30kW Cutlite Penta FAST 6020 fiber laser in the United States — a machine that cuts through what others can't, faster than they could even if they tried.

The Cutlite Penta FAST 6020 combines three capabilities that have never existed together in a U.S. fabrication shop:
- 30kW of cutting power slices through materials up to 2 inches thick while maintaining the clean edges and tight tolerances you'd expect on thinner stock. Where other shops hit their limits around 1 inch, we're just getting started.
- A 20-foot cutting bed handles full-sheet processing and oversized components without repositioning. Fewer setups mean faster turnarounds and less room for error — your parts move from design file to finished cut in a single operation.
- 4.0G acceleration means the cutting head reaches maximum speed in 1/100th of a second. The machine isn't just powerful — it's fast enough to make that power practical for high-volume production.
