PRECISION FORMING
Reliable, repeatable forming — including the finish-critical jobs other shops won't attempt.
The Shape Has to Be Right — So Does the Finish
Whether it's a standard forming run or a part where the finish is as critical as the shape — a polished stainless piece, a medical-grade component — you need equipment that repeats accurately and a shop that won't compromise the surface to hit the deadline.
We Build the Tooling the Job Actually Needs
When a part doesn't fit standard tooling, we build custom tooling rather than force a compromise on the finish. Our equipment repeats setups accurately, so once we've solved the hard part once, we can reproduce it reliably — whether that's a single specialty piece or a repeat order. We work across medical, automotive, food, energy, aerospace, and nuclear industries, where the finish is often as critical as the form.
Equipment and Software Built for Precision
We use Trumpf, Willa, and Wilson tools and keep all of our equipment and technology up-to-date to provide only the highest quality product for you.
We use TruTops, a Trumpf technology, and CADMAN-B, an LVD technology, that allow us to create programs for simple and complex geometries. This process exposes conflicts and design flaws prior to cutting material — saving time and money for everyone involved.
- 14 Press Brakes
- Up to 353 tons of forming capacity
- Up to 240" bending length
- 6-axis, independent back gauges
Tell Us What the Finish Needs to Survive
Send us your material, finish requirements, and specs — we'll tell you straight whether we can hold what you need.
"Recently we were looking for someone to fabricate several difficult and unusual pieces made from polished stainless steel — pieces that required roll forming and welding while protecting the polished finish. I spoke to over a dozen fabricators and none were willing to even attempt it. EMS stepped up and hit a homerun."

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you form parts without damaging a polished or cosmetic finish?
Yes — this is a specialty of ours. We build custom tooling specifically to protect finish-critical parts.
What industries do you typically form for?
Medical, automotive, food, energy, aerospace, and nuclear, among others.
Do you build custom tooling, or only work with standard tooling?
We build custom tooling when a part doesn't fit standard equipment, so the finish and geometry aren't compromised.
Can you reproduce the same part reliably across multiple orders?
Yes — our equipment repeats setups accurately, so once we've solved a part once, we can reproduce it consistently.
